- Our warranty exclusively covers quality defects originating from the factory.
It does not extend to damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or normal wear and tear.
 

Duration:

- The warranty period for our products/services is eight (8) months, starting from the date of purchase.

- If you encounter a quality defect covered under warranty, please reach out to our customer service team promptly.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will initiate the warranty repair process.

- Please note that the warranty repair process may take between 25 to 30 days to complete.
